Law360 recently reported that Gary Thompson’s guest expert article on direct physical loss resulting from Covid on premises was one of the top ten most read expert articles of 2020. Gary’s April 9 article “Coronavirus is a Direct Physical Loss Triggering Event” made the policyholder counter-argument for why Covid-19 losses must be covered under standard property insurance policies.
