On March 4, 2021, Thompson HD’s Kristin Davis presented with others at the virtual ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Conference. Kristin presented “You’ve Got to Know When to Hold ‘Em . . . and When to Fold ‘Em: Examining an Insurer’s Duty to Settle.” The presentation covered the contours of an insurer’s duty to its insureds when presented with a demand within policy limits.
